Tracking link gone from PayPal?

The tracking number link (where you can update it) in the PayPal payment screen is gone ...anyone else noticed this?

HI- YES, as a Matter of fact, I was missing the field--add tracking info, as I do not use pp to ship..
--I had to email them, never got a response, but like 3 days later it appeared again,,
--The acct had just came off a limitation, so I assumed it was something that had to do with "resetting my acct" fields??

It's gone from all my accounts here ...maybe they removed it for international users?
