paypal limitations
 

before, when all of my ebay and paypal accounts were in good standing i never had any problems with ebay or paypal checking me out. i could start up a new ebay account and list as many items as i wanted, and i could set up a new paypal account and take in as much money as i wanted.
now with my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or borrowed info, even the slightest amount of items listed or money coming in to paypal raises a flag, and i get limited or i get the phone verification thing. what is causing this? i followed the guide very closely. is it just that the ebay bots just know something isn't right, and then they check me out a little further? i havn't been shut down since using this forum, but i just don't get the difference between now and just a few months ago when i had legit accounts.

Sometimes I wonder if even the "real info" sellers are getting this now? eBay and Paypal seem to use a pretty wide net that probably just catches about everyone.

that's what i was thinking. if i was still legit, i would still get the same crap from them when setting up new accounts.

Its not the info.. Its that the Rules of Engagement have changed.. :)

EBay and Paypal are always changing. They're getting really strict now, to the point where there are only a few more things they can do to try and stop us. Just keep reading the forums and you'll be up to date on what's new and how to get around it. We got you. :)

yeah, it seems like the ebay account is fairly easy to set up and keep it going, but once you start trying to use paypal, forget about it.
