Avoid Paypal Payment 24hrs Review?

Hi, i built some new stealth paypal, verified them with VCC and lift all limits. I was wondering why paypal when i send a payment from received funds hold for 24hrs payment for review, and if there is any trick to avoid this. Thanks.

Sometimes it isn't the Seller PayPal is worried about... But the buyer.. In my case they did this review to make sure the buyer could cover the funds or something else. Trust issues with the buyer I think.

Tell him to be patient! Most of the times they will release the funds before the 24 hr mark as long as there is no funny business going on.
