Starting an new Ebay and Paypal using an EIN?

I use to sell using the stealth accounts but becuase of the New IRS laws I have filed for my sellers permit in my state and got an EIN. My paypal with my SSN was taken down without warning and kept limited after providing all the info the required in 2007. Was wondering if anyone has had any luck registering a real business when a personal acct has been shut down.

I'm curious of this as well, any info on dba with an run after your Ssn is done would be great
