virtual credit card number

I have discover card and visa credit card with which I can generate virtual credit card number.

Is it the VCC that people talk about here?

Do I need to change the credit card address to match what is with paypal before I generate the virtual credit card number or matching zip code should be ok?

you would need to change the address if it will let u. but begin its discover it might make a new card but use the same address on your main discover card.
