Why do sometimes when i receive a payment its an instant payment and then other times its a 21 day hold does anyone know?

it's random. Just expect the 21day hold always. And when it's not... still expect it on and off.

Get creative, and you can get the 21 day hold off the exact same day. Its odd though, sometimes i'd have a $600 payment ready for me to use instantly, but the 2nd payment of $5.00 was put on hold lol.
