PAYPAL/NETSPEND Help! please
 
Ive been reading the forums, but I couldnt find an answer to this..
They tell me PPL deposited but its being sent back to paypal, does that
mean paypal may close my account or limit my account? Should i delete
it right away? and add another one??

Based on our records, your PayPal deposits in the amounts of $0.1X and $0.1X have been rejected and returned to the sender since your account is not approved and there is no active card on it. Please note that it will take up to six days for the sender to receive the deposit. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes you.

Furthermore, you may contact Customer Care to approve your account. You may also fax one of the following to our New Accounts Department at 1-866-358-0526 with reference number, 1974906128:

• SSN card and a non-expired state-issued photo ID
• ITIN letter with a non-expired state-issued photo ID
• Foreign passport
• Foreign Visa
• Matricula Consular
• Foreign Voter Registration

Your request will be processed in 6-8 hours upon receipt of the fax. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Moreover, your personalized card will only be mailed to a valid US physical address. You may provide us your current mailing address or update your account online. Just log in to your account online at www.netspend.com and select the “Edit Profile” option. There you can update your email address, username, password, physical address, and phone number.

your paypal will be fine just dont w/d money to the netspend card. netspend sucks anyways theres other debitcards out there u can use for a bank

u can withdrawal to netspend. I do it all the time
