This limitation can not be appealed?

On the first page when i sign in to my account (it has been limited and i have send in everything they ask for) it says that the reason is that they need more information from me and right below in bold "This limitation can not be appealed"!

Does anyone know what that means?

Hi, I have the same problem... I posted this problem a few days ago and I just updated it but they moved my post to subscriber forums.

Can you still sell, post, accept payments and withdraw money?

I can add cc and bank accs, receive payment, but the problem is that i can not withdraw or send money.

I think it will be best that you all leave your pp accounts alone, and move on to new ones, unless you like having headaches.
