Proof of Delivery??
 

PayPal is asking a Proof of Delivery for MErchandise. I had provided them the shipping reciepts but they refused.

What is PayPal looking for?

Looking for tracking number +/- signature proof with reliable registered shipping company.

You scan and re-attach or, and this is a good way, you call pa yp al and speak to agent.

No, I mean our shipping reciepts have tracking on them. I uploaded those reciepts but it still says "waiting your response" where as other columns, viz. invoices and supplier info says in progress

There is a confusion, my account is limited on PayPal and they require Proof Of Delivery of Merchandise, Supplier contact information and Invoices which prove that I actually buy items which I sell.

LAter two are accepted by PayPal but what document should I upload in Proof of Delivery part.

You need to give them the tracking numbers for each item they are requesting the information on. There is no document to upload. Just enter the tracking numbers from UPS, Fed Ex or who ever you sent the packages with.

Ohk. You mean all I have to do is just add tracking to all the previous transactions? Because they have not given any set of items.
