Oh yeah and high risk items that I was selling were not trademarked, and free to import and sell here in AUS, so where they get their high risk form baffles me....

You must understand something ... the one with the biggest gun makes the rules ... Nowdays its US "based" companies who make the rules !
They say .. if you do not like-dislike-disagree ... "sue us" <- what an joke !
Is thats why they are registered as offshore in Singapore too :D
hahahah
