Thats the message I got from paypal, Is this new?

Have you made sure that you have enough amounts on the card to cover the pa yp al charge first of all?

It had 20 dollars on it and i was adding it as a second card! not the verification card!

seems it doesnt work anymore , i mean entropay. I tried it too wasnt able to add card.

entropay is tricky with USA accounts. Lots of users with IPs based in the USA are getting cards rejected

not creating US accs, tried a bunch of countries none work for me auto limitation
