What is a good VCC to lift limit on paypal
 

I been looking to lift the limit on paypal, what is a good gift card to lift the limit.

I am just comfuse about the address because i have tried the greendots card and it seems the address has to match the card holder name and address any idea ?

i saw some vanilla visa gift card at my local walgreens would that work ?

Other locations that GiftCards.com™ Gift Cards can not be used are at money gram services such as Western Union, PayPal accounts, adult websites, and for repeating bill payments.

akward i just used one about a week ago to verify one of my stealths and it went through maybe im just lucky lol :)

I tried getting one from gift cards . com. it asked me a whole butch of questions about my identity things i was not even sure about and it did not go through any other good site where i can get them, is the vanilla visa card good ?

does it have to be a real card or a virtual one?
