paypal and prepaid cards...please help
 

hi everyone....
i have bought the stealth guide and i found it a very helpful read... hower there are a few things i dont understand...

why do we need a credit card and a prepaid card for paypal? do we verify the prepaid card with the stealth name etc to are paypal and then withdraw the money to our bank accounts or can you withdraw money from pp to your prepaid card?

do we need to have both or can we just have one? how does a prepaid card help verify are accounts?
