Citizens Bank Reloadable Visa

I'm looking to add a reloadable Visa or MC to my stea lth P ay P al account. If I give the company my real name, address, etc. will P ay P al see this info?

I've been looking into the Cit i zens B ank reloadable Visa. Does anyone have any experience using these Visa's with P ay P al?

BTW - I tried using En tro pay but it did not work.
