US Account for non-residents
 

Is there a US bank where I can apply online (that has online banking and offers online wires to other bank accounts), considering that I am a non-resident and don't have a SSN? I would need it of course to withdraw from PayPal and once that the money is the bank account, I would wire it to my main bank account. I have tried Chase or BoA, but they do not seem to meet my needs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There are some international banks like ICICI bank HSBC ,if you have well establish account in these banks in your country they can give you account in their foreign branch if you have valid reason for it.

I contacted this bank once for account and they were ready to give me account.YOu need to give them valid reason and identity proof,address proof.
