how did this happen??

i made a new paypal today and i put in my netspend prepaid card number on paypal and it got my address confirmed when my adress for netspendl is different than the stealth address paypal had but my name on the netspend and paypal are the same so anybody know how that happened? does paypal just confirm the name on card or address too?
