30 days to resolve a dispute. Is it normal?
 
I had a dispute recently and paypal took 30 days to resolve it. I don't think this is normal.

Had this happened to any of You guys before?

This has happened to me when a dispute involved a payment source from client. I did end up losing because I could not fight off the credit card chargeback =(
