Real Ebay and Paypal Account
 

Ok I am wanting to create a new real ebay and paypal account but I have the following questions:

The address I reside at is suspended but the information I have is clean and has never been used.

When I would need to give the SSN to paypal they would check the credit report and on there the address would show as well so what can I do for the address? If I get a UPS box it'll still show on the credit report as a po box.

Also could I verify ebay and paypal with the bank debit card or does it have to be a credit card?

Any suggestions?

Ebay is really frustrating...

If your ssn is good than your all set. Paypal is not gonna go deep at the begining, you don't even have to provide your sssn.

As far as the address, most mom and pop mail box stores will let you use your box as an apartment # instead of having to actually put po box. Don't get a po box with the USPS. They are very strict and force you to put po box as your address.

Mom and Pop:

John Smith
22 Happy Lane, Apt. 202
Niceville, CA. 90210

USPS:

John Smith
22 Happy Lane,
PO Box 202
Niceville, CA. 90210

I was thinking on getting a UPS box or a office forwarding address.

But my question was: After I hit the 20k limit with paypal they will ask for the ssn. After I provide them the ssn then they would check the address, name, dob, and etc...
On the credit report it shows what type of address you have. So if you have a office address it will show as a commercial address and if you have a home address it will show as a residential address.

So what type of address should I put so paypal clears everything when they check the ssn?

People move all the time. Put use your UPS box or forwarding address. I promise there will be no problems. I used a mom and pop with my ssn on a 10,000 a month paypal account for 3 years. If you have problems it will not be the address. Also you don't always have to verify yourself by ssn. They will only require that if your cause problems.

Won't they ask for the SSN once I hit the 20k/200 item mark with paypal.

What do they look for when they ask for the SSN?

I just want to make sure becaue I can't afford to lose this account.

I understand your concerns, but if your ssn has never been on file with them, then you will be fine. I also understand the financial bind. When my accounts got hit I lost all source of income and I am still trying to get straightened out. They don't make it easy for you.
