Can a buyer cancel their own echeck

While it's still in progress or do I have to do it?

They should be able to cancel it.. that's why you usually want to wait until it clears before you go forward with shipment.

I have seen these through PayPal. I HATE THEM!

Over 50% of them don't go through, making it a waste of my time.
