Whats a good alternative to paypal?

Paymate (They perform Credit Checks) *Requires 10+ Feedback*

Moneybookers (Takes about a month to receive your money for each transaction, think of it as a huge monthly paycheck)

Propay (This is the best, they even give you debit cards similar to the paypal debit, BUT YOU MUST BE A POWERSELLER)

I wonder since now they require info in order to approve you, can you still apply with each stealth account using the same info?
