Paypal bank verify question
 

what's the difference between bank verified and non-verified? what's the limitation for the bank non-verified one?
Given that it is a US paypal, and already has vcc verified.

i have 5 different accounts at several banks and i have been shut down on 4 of them. Paypal is going to transfer my funds into my bank account that is under my name of course, but the paypal name is diffrent, will there be any problem gettting my funds into my bank account?

i got answer like verification can lift withraw limit
but i cant find the difference between CC verified and bank verified
are they the same? can i just verify CC and not the bank?

in one thread, i have learned that if both CC and Bank are verified, both spending and withdraw limits will be lifted. But which limitation lift was caused by to which means (CC/BANK) was not mentioned

No you need to verify with a bank account (such as savings or current - not all savings work) to withdraw your money.

A VCC is generally used to help remove withdrawal limits placed upon accounts.
