Can you get flagged? Same payment..Diff Paypal account?

Got a few paypal accounts, one is playing up.
Been trying to send money to a supplier for X amount.
If I go onto another paypal address and send a similar amount, will it get flagged?

depends what it is playing up for. trying to send, gets logged but if it doesnt go thru then its kind of not on the main record, if someone at pp takes a glance at it.

doubt it will flag you, as long as the transaction goes ok and no issue with recipient account
