multiple paypals one bank account

I want to withdraw my paypal funds from 2 separate paypal accounts into my bank account. Will the paypal accounts be linked if I enter different spellings of my name but the same bank info?
p.s Israeli bank, not american

I have tried using the same bank info for a different paypal and it won't let me use it. A warning comes up saying the bank account is currently registered on another paypal account. You can try, but that is what happened to me...

Once a bank account is used on Pa yp al, it can NEVER be used again - tried and tested numerous times. IF anyone knows different (which I highly doubt), we'll see...
