Will I get payment instantley for personal gift
 

If im selling on ebay can I request the person to pay using paypal and pay as a personal gift. If so will I get the payment immediatly if its sent as a personal gift.

I've never thought about this, it is a clever way to get around the system, but I wouldn't recommend this, because you can't request this anywhere in your listings, you'd have to contact the winning bidder when the auction ends, and he/she might think you're a scam artist, because if they send payment via gift, they can't file any disputes against you, because its a gift, so pp won't do anything, and then they'll be out of luck

if you mean will it have a 21 day hold if sent via gift then answer is no it wont have a hold :pop2:

Yep, if you can think of a clever way to do this there will be no hold, but be careful.
