For security purposes even though your account is verified, it doesn't mean anything. You will still have your payments held no doubt. But only for a little while. You must do everything by the book.. Keep all tracking info, upload it as soon as you get it.
You will then receive an email along the lines of this..
We're writing to let you know that starting today, funds from payments you receive will no longer be placed in a pending balance due to payment holds.
What about money that’s still on hold?
You'll be able to withdraw money that's currently in a pending balance due to payment holds within 21 days of payment (as long as there's no dispute, chargeback, claim, return or reversal).
The money currently set aside may be available even sooner if we can confirm the item was delivered or you received positive feedback on eBay.
Will my payments be held in the future?
We may continue to evaluate your account to determine if it's necessary to hold payments again. If we determine that it's necessary, we'll email you.
