PayPal Proof of Delivery (USPS: Delivered Abroad) Help!
 

Paypal sent me a e-mail with this:
In order to continue with the investigation of the claim, we need
documentation confirming delivery to the buyer’s address. The online
tracking you have provided is insufficient to confirm the delivery location.

I shipped a package to Australia using USPS Express
And USPS site just says: Delivered Abroad

I tried Australia Post says:
Delivered to CONCIERGE MOLLIE

Paypal need the address as proof

304 sussex street
sydney New South Wales 2000
Australia

But both web sites do not have it where do I get it?

Concierge Mollie means the Janitor signed for it.

Has buyer left feedback? That will help confirm.

You might also need a solid e-mail/letter - that you can ask the buyer for.

Once you have all this, call up pa yp al and be polite in regulating this.

1.The only issue with that the name wont match up has a Pacific Idland Name

3. The buyer is unresponsive to the 3 e-mails I sent him

How would I be able to get the signing paper I went on USPS to request it but no recorded

Buyer has not given feedback & the buyers phone number listed on ebay dose not work



Should I just file for the insurance?

I applied the case & told paypal to look at the Australia shipping web site but he did not sign for it different name

Right now paypal is asking him for info (Not sure what their asking if he dose not respond will I win?)
