Approaching 20k

Hello everyone,

I am curious as to what happens as your PayPal account approaches 20k in sales. Do you get an add on to your account where you are then able to to deal with the IRS? Also, if you registered the PayPal account with a SSN, how do you go about reporting taxes with an EIN?
