How can I speak with Americans?
I really hate outsourcing.
I have just found that when I speak with people in the US that I get more stuff done as the people in India are even more script driven than the US people especially with the language barrier. If you call the local number does that help? I just spent 45 minutes on hold to have someone tell me my debit card was denied. A debit card that I was just told yesterday that it was sent. And when I talked to the supervision he told me it had been sent just way too much wasted time. Anyone got any suggestions. |
