making new paypal, advice wanted!
 

I want to create a new paypal as my old one is frozen for good and I got my funds back from it.

My plan is to buy a deciated ip vpn (nvpn) , signup with details such as address in the city of the ip from vpn, then buy a vcc to lift some limits... Are there anything else I should be doing? Like spoofing mac everytime or whatnot? thanks

also for whatever reason if I change the ip of the vpn and it ends up being in a different state or whatnot would I risk being limited? so once i pick a location for it must I stay with the same exact ip? if not i will have to make a brand new stealth?

Spoofing the MAC Isn't necessary for eBay, but if you want to be on the safe side, DO IT, because you never know when they'll start tracking you in newer ways. Using a VPN Is a risk period, so changing the ip address on a vpn, which ebay hates, you're taking an even bigger risk. If you must use a VPN be sure to use one you don't normally see advertised. Do some research, and you'll find something. Good Luck!

ok, and since u dont suggets using a vpn what would u suggets , and my router dosnt change ip on restrat

oh and im not gonna use ebay, i just want tos end and recieve payment via gifting, etc.

You can use free dial up or a pre-paid dongle if its just 1 paypal account or even a couple :)

Remember to use a valid phone# with the acc so you can answer if(when) pp calls to verify ..

does the phone have to be same area code as the created profile?

How did you get your funds back from your frozen paypal account?

To stay further under the radar then yes keep the phone number in the same city so you don't raise any flags please do that ;)
