Can you still use netspend virtual cc accounts to verify paypal

I am not looking to transfer money or use netspend to verify my paypal bank account.

I am only looking to verify a couple of paypal accounts via credit card because I will be linking my boa accounts to them.

I did search through the treads but I could not find this exact answer.

thanks for the info - do you have to have a certain type of netspend card to do this? my account doesn't seem to have the option.
