How do you know what kind of account you have??

If I have a premiere account can I do a business account with an EIN and just attach it to my existing ebay account? then be good to go on it? USe one for buying and one for selling? on the same ebay account though.

All information must match through the accounts. You can also only open one premier or business account with PayPal.
