Risks of sending Balance PP to PP
 

I am just in curious .What if I get balance regulary from other users of p aypal what problem might be occur?and it may occur for who?I mean is it risky for sender or receiver or both?
In my country Some users asking to get their cash immediately after sending their balance to me .I am thinking about what problems may be occur if exist.
Also as we know there is rule about payments that we can withdraw funds after 21 days for ebay sellings.So is it also valid this kind a any rule for receiving funds as a gift or etc..

There is really NO rule per say - you can get transfers ok for awhile then bam, pa yp al will hit you with limitation asking for why?...or you may be ok forever. All depends on risk - and it`s considered risky.

Then whats the best way should I track for it. What type a transfer should I get in order to pass limitation.And for exp. if I get my acc. limited because of gifts , what can I do to fix it.By the way the account I mentioned has been limited before and reinstated

The fund hold of 21 days is only for eBay selling. If you don't use eBay, you won't get the fund hold. There are no rules for gifts; they are a great way to avoid PayPal fees.
