Also I am looking for anyone that can help me withdraw from my 180 day paypal accounts. I will pay 20% of the paypal balance and balance ranges from 100-1000$. I will receive WU after the money is withdrawn.

For the VCC - best to PM the sellers here - they respond fairly quickly.

As for the 180 day withdrawal proposal, perhaps ppl will pm you but be careful. It's a risky affair from either end.
