A list of PayPal staff emails and personal phone numbers.
 

Found this list on one site in the web, which I think was from some kind of paypal presentation for partners. Might come in useful for someone.
Update; I checked the e-mails and some of them returns undelivered mail.
But some of them works, some personal phones even responds.
I've marked with red those email that are not working.

Just heard the stories of some people which accounts were banned for 180 and than restored after a few e-mails to the managing directors. However it didn't work for me.
Scott Thompson and Carl-Olav Scheible received my e-mail but didn't respond.

Hmm i can't see that happening - I would see it working against you if anything if you tried to contact any of them personally.

I agree as well. When something new comes up, we should be thnakful. It is up to each of us individually as to how we use or do not use it. There is NO SUCH THING as bad information.

Yes. Recall that post like 2 months ago about a eB ay rep. that was an asshole and was limiting accounts and it helped a few people? That's why all information is good.

and that is your opinion - but mine is that its highly un-ethical and contacting them should not be a route you need to go down - there are other ways to operating stealth accounts than harrassing staff personally at paypal.

To ry was his name - or something like that - was also good info there on whom to avoid.

Hmmm, it may not be a bad idea to send emails to all of these people to see if they give any good information back.

Paypal obviously visit this forum. So wouldn't they now be aware that the contact list has been posted here? And if you were to use any of the contacts then wouldn't that expose you as a stealther?

Proper answer is no : this is information available to the public. Nothing to preclude anyone using it. If info is in the public domain, any party can have access. :yar:

After sending e-mails politely asking them to send me an explanation in writing, I received a letter from one of PP staff member telling me that my money now holds for 90 days instead of 180. :clap:

Just need to email a few real humans at ebay USA in fairly senior roles. :p

I respectfully disagree that real name emails are out of date 'within days' if posted anywhere on the web - high level staffer names are often in media and the ebay address format is simple to sort.

If Homer Simpson, VP of Sales, is being quoted in 'USA Today' re a new policy an email to him will arrive I am sure, or to an underling if he is senior enough.

John Doe at ebay is email address - jdoe@ebay.com today, and was that same address a year back if he worked for ebay then. Same with hsimpson@ebay.com etc.
