Linking Accounts By Shipping Address

I wanted to use money in my paypal by purchasing an item offline instead of withdrawing to my bank account due to the fact that I dont have a legit bank account. If i add my shipping address to my paypal from a suspended account will it link it for sure?

Never use a paypal account to make payments to china if that paypal account is being used to accept payments on sales from ebay. Well you can use it but be prepared for it to become limited.

You can try to get the Paypal debit card. This way you can withdraw the cash at an ATM. I think that would be fine :)

Stealth means no SSN which means no pp debit card :(

I have purchased many times with stealth PP and marked adress to my linked old one but nothing happened.

For withdraw from stealth accounts you can search in forums there are some answers .Personally I am using my vcc's for withdraw from stealth PP
