Someone access my Paypal and transferred money!
 

Help someone changed my paypal account password and stolen $80, sending to someone i dont know as instant payment. The bank account linked to it was transferred $400. I found out this immediately but can do nothing, I called the bank and they reset my security password and said they can do nothing for the $400. I need to call paypal. help!

And what are we going to do?

Go call paypal. You need to safeguard your account now. Come back & advise what paypal said

i called them but no one answer and i need to call back tomorrow business hour...argh...the email linked to my paypal is hacked as well i cant access them now.i am lucky i knew early on if not i would have lost access to both my email and paypal and can do nothing to stop that!

Only working with your bank and pa yp al, can this be resolved. You may need to provide documentation to each of them so sort it out. Unless someone else here has similar experience, there is no service provided here that can help you.

paypal is still investigating my account, they said 10 days...as for my bank account, i closed them. this gave me another 2 new accounts.
