will moving [residence] affect my IP adresses
 

I am moving to a different residence [house] in about 2-3 months will this effect my new stealth accounts when i set up my computer and get a server in my new residence? will the IP's change and be shut down. also without tieing 2 ebay accounts to one paypal account, will i need seperate bank accounts for the paypal accounts? for example: if i make 5 accounts do I have to get 5 different bank accounts for 5 different paypal accounts?

so you are making the accounts before you move, on current IP? I do not think it will make any difference IP wise, try and keep cookies intact on pc when you move, even if you change ISP, it wont mean anything to them I dont think..

yes, making the accounts on current IP before I move to get them ageing. Will i have the same IP when I move with a different service provider in the new home.

Also, Are you planning on using home address on all 5 accounts?

no, one friend, couple relatives, and vacant residence for adresses.. they will be individual new computer user account IP's. and when i move I will assume they will change when i move into the new residence in a couple months and have a new service provider coming into the new residence ?? will they be able to determine I moved from one location to another by tracking the IP linked to the new stealth account? thanks
