Paypal screwing me over again
 

Sold an item off another auction site for $150. Shipped the next day with delivery confirmation to the confirmed address. Next day paypal hold the payment, asks for proof. Give them number that shows delivered.
They still reversed payment and neg my account for the overdraw amount. This dispite delivery confirmation proof and the purchase order stating seller protection is activated.
I tried emailing but no luck. Do not want to call, even thought the 6 year old account is semi-legit. I have opened so many accounts, that even though it has my real name and address, I can not remember any other info i used to register.
Tried emailing buyer to return merchandise or send payment again, but of course no reply. What to do?

Either accept it and move on or phone them as you have mentioned. You must be able to remember the important info surely, did you simply not record the info at the time as it is "semi real".

I would just phone them and see what happens, nothing to lose really. Or accept the loss.
