Can I log into my paypal account from a diffrent computer?

Can I log into my paypal account from a different laptop than i normally use to withdraw funds? will paypal detect this and limit me?

They may well detect it because the machine will have no cookies. If it's a stealth account I would strongly advise against it unless you can pass scrutiny

what if I wanted to switch all my accounts to a new machine(laptop). how would I go about this? any advice!!

Yes, I've done that. Just open your accounts on that machine - but don't try taking money out until you have established that this is your machine. Same IP would help initially. I'm assuming they are stealth accounts.

yeah they are stealth. I never used the same Ip... I have one of those portable modems that give me a new Ip ever time I log on.
