Paypal credit card technical problem
 

This has happened to me 2 times this week.
The PayPal site is currently experiencing technical difficulties with our credit card processor. We are working to solve this problem as quickly as possible. If you would like to Send Money, please fund your payment with your PayPal balance, PayPal Credit or bank account. If you would like to use your credit card, please return to the PayPal website later to complete your transaction. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
I need to pay my suppliers and i cant transfer from bank or use cc.
It worked for once this week i got 1 supplier paid is all.
I even called paypal and they told me they were working on it.
Even went to the paypal fourms and so others talking about this.
This every happen to anyone else on here.

Im having problems right now 1:20am to where they wont even let me log in.

I think i now know what is wrong with all these paypal issues.
Tried to pay a supplier in China again with it.
Found out there money is being held for 180days.
Paid another supplier with a good paypal account no issues.
Think paypal has blocked the supplier with the bad account payments.
