Does Paypal ban you forever?
 

Just wondering - if you have been banned, then move house and everything and try up a new account 5 years down the track, does paypal still hunt you down and ban you again or have some people got away with it?

I know some say that it is foverer, but obviously if you move states, how would they know it was you?

Provided the name and birth dates don't match and every thing else is new I don't see how they could.

I am permanently banned from paypal, and they wouldn't give me a reason why, but it doesn't affect me at all. That's when stealth comes in, or I can simply use alternative payment methods.
