As of last evening, my PayPal account has been "permanently locked". Basicall

Best to move on to stealth and just withdraw any balance in 180 days.

Funny thing is paypal make so much more trouble for themselves when they just issue their basic "screw you we can do what we want" attitude.

Please don't suggest unlawful practices to the OP. You'll find yourself behind bars once you're caught stealing money from Paypal.
