Is there anyway to use Paypal when travelling overseas ?

I heard stories that Paypal will lock the account if I try
to access my US based paypal account overseas.

Is it possible to use a US dial-up internet service and
log in to Paypal to bypass foreign IP address problem ?

You can use a dial-up net service based in the US yes - some folx have called pp in the past to let them know but that could flag your account for id verification.

So even when I travel overseas, if I call long distant for
US based dial-up internet service, Paypal still thinks I am
accessing my Paypal account in US.

No one else knows about this? Ppl should really get to know the system that their income relies on.
