For the paypal pros

Love this forum and love the help people give each other on a constant basis, without it many would be out of money so i am grateful!

This is my predicament, I have a paypal account with a couple K in it, and haven't added a bank account to it because it was my friends account and now I'm going to add a bank account to it and was wondering how I should transfer the money to avoid being flagged? Should i only transfer 100 to begin and then slowly increase it?

And if I send money as a GIFT to a friend of mine with a paypal account will paypal close my account if I exceed 5k in this manner?

Thanks yall!=}

GrannyT 06-02-2011 01:38 PM

Please don't send as a gift - this is a red rag to a bull - just take it out slowly.
:pop2:

Agree with GTran - as for withdrawal, do small amounts slowly. If you do a gift of 5k, it is quite a large amount and could spark both accounts to be flagged.

Imakemoney 06-02-2011 02:02 PM

Sending 'gift' payments will cause greater scruitiny of your account and the higher amount the higher level of risk each time you do it.

x2ruff4u 06-02-2011 05:52 PM

1 gift is okay, after that your asking for trouble.

iLOVEmoney 06-02-2011 05:54 PM

Hmmm what if it was for lets say £5K on 'services/goods' through paypal transfer...
?

GrannyT 06-02-2011 06:21 PM

Come on ILOVEmoney - you've been busy on the forums so you know - that figure is going to get 'the boys' very very inquisitive - why do that when you can do 10 at 500?
:pop2:

ShadyOne 06-02-2011 07:28 PM

Sending such large amounts in one go will likely result in the transaction being flagged by their security system, leaving your account vulnerable to an account review.

Small gifts now and then can be acceptable. Just don't abuse it.

So what's the tactic fellow paypalers? How much should I withdraw each time to stay under the radar ?

There is no standard tactic. some people say be carefull and that works for them.

I personally withdraw as much as possible as much as I want. I dump my balance every couple days and if I miss I dump a large 1-2k lump at a time. NEVER have I had a problem. EVER.

Everyone has their opinions. That isnt mine. That is how I do it. EXACTLY.

I agree!
Once I tried to withdraw £400 on one week old verified account and :slap: with limitation and documents request!
I saved though as i gave them all they asked...plus the rep was unusually nice and friendly this time .
Within 2 hours the account was released.

Now the account is more than 1 year old and I withdraw £10k to £15k a week from it :juggle:

I have quite a few accounts now, but I will open A LOT more soon because I'm a bit scared with these large amounts..... I need to spread them and be super stealth!!!

Oh I remember I hated them so much when they banned me first time for no reason!!!!! (still don't know why?). But now I'm happy they did, It made me understand how they work and how to cheat them and also made me stronger!

I'm becoming good at it, and my new weapon is my new super SEO web shops with stealth checkout.

I wish :pry:

It has been a good couple of weeks and this account is going well so far which helps a lot. My other accounts do around 2-4k per month.

unkown5454 06-05-2011 04:45 AM

Those numbers just blow my mind. Congrats if that's a single man operation.

iLOVEmoney 06-05-2011 07:03 AM

Hmm 2-4K a month.. to be honest this would do me...
Probably be a lot easier than 2-4k per 3 days lol...
GL man

It is a one man operation, but I'm not single :)
Which brings us to the following problem....I have no time to see my girlfriend:violin:

This cannot go on......

Believe me, the more you earn the more you want, and the more you spend!

I used to live on £500/month as a student and I thought that if I get a job paying £2k per month I would be happy. Yes, it was OK for a couple of years, then I bought a car, then a house, then I wanted my freedom and could not wake up every day at 8am!
I resigned and started working on my own selling mainly on ebay!
I started to grow, and then one day.... :slap: "parting ways" email!

I had my revenge very soon after...but I still hate the *******s for how they treat people!
