quick paypal withdrawal question

hi i just wanted to know is it cool to use the money that someone just paid you with to purchase something the thing is i didnt ship the product yet but the payment was instant no hold or anything. basically does the item have to say delivered to use the money?

Doing that is playing around with money that has NOT cleared the transaction - pp loves to LIMIT this kind of behaviour...don't.

Don't do it OP - as the Lumberjack says PP do not like it. They want to see money left in the account not it all cleared out. I leave £100 minimum in my PP accounts

I would wait until the item has been confirmed delivered at least. If you have added tracking that is.
