Paypal want me to 'upload or fax documents'
 

I have recently reached by receiving limit on PP and now they are requesting documents as they couldn't confirm my personal information, even though i'm fully verified with a premier account.
However, I initially registered with my father's work address so don't know what to do about sending proof of address as it needs to be a utility bill, bank statement, etc.
There is an option to change the address to my home address, but I am worried that it will link me as my old suspended ebay as that also had the same address (as we still live in the same house).
Any help is greatly appreciated.

When asked to confirm stuff, do NOT change info on pp and expect them to comply - looks very shady and your risk level goes higher up.

I though you could black out the 'sensitive' info.. I may be wrong, this is old info..

I'd rather keep the same address obviously. I have proof of identity, in terms of photo ID but it's just the proof of address that's the problem, as work addresses don't receive utility bills or bank statements :/ Not sure what to do...

I can't say much to this effect except that if you search the forums and read some posts, you may find ways on how this problem can be tackled. Where there is a will, the is often a way.

Ahh there's not much I can find, other then getting 'creative'. I don't have the tools to do that though. Nothing on there is phake though. Its a real person, just the address is a work address rather than a home address. :/

From what you say OP, you home address has already been bannned before so you can never ever use that address with eb or pp or you will get done.

I feel one of the options for you is to find someone who can provide a creative service. They will charge a fee.

As rsot said in his post, it is risky to start changing details because they have already asked to to provide them with informaion.

You can try it but if it goes wrong, thats the end of it.

Also, you may want to think about opening a few accounts and play the game.

Yeah, They moderate what is talked about and keep us in line.

some things just arent talked about on open forum and being so new it might make you look bad. Just an FYI is all....
