Verifying Paypal Netspend

Well netspend no longer works for verifying paypal. That what been using up until now. I tried account now and rushcard they don't work either. There saying the name on account got match with paypal name now. Of course netspend, account now and rushcard require SS number so you know that not possible. Any alternatives?

What goes on is we are too free with our information - as soon as it goes on open forums it gets blacklisted.
