verified paypal,but has withdrawn limits and no sending limits
 

My paypal is verified ,have no sending limits but have withdrawn limit.

is it safe to use this account to receive money ,and then send the money to another paypal? I am having trouble to lift the withdrawn limits since the VCC expuse number doesn't show up .

I am having the same problem. This account has real information, so phoned up...the twats on paypal say something else everyday. The said that everything is good on my account and all i need to do is confirm my location, which i have already. The once more i called and this time they said, when you near the recieving limit we would send a email for step by step remove the limits.....WTH:eek:

You should be able to send without problems but remember, a lot depends on your activity - where the money comes from, how fast you move, what you sell, etc.

Impossible to say 100% you are ok based on little info you provided.

I know what was the problem, i had changed my card details so that's why i was having issues with it. Just now i added a new card to expose numbers, would wait for few days to see it the problem is corrected.
I agree rsot is it all about what you sell, i have stealth along with real accounts so i am know some things here and there. would let you all know

When you confirm your VCC, pa yp al charges it for 1.95 US and generates a four digit code which you report back to pp.

Well, I use a lot of paypals to do this technique. I use a paypal connected with ebay then send the money to another paypal then send it to my official paypal.
