Paypal Reviews: From the Employees

Has anyone checked this out before?:

A few notes:

- As noted before Paypal is related to a CIA multi-billion dollar project.
- Certain renown facilities (such as San Jose) have rotated 5 managers in 15 months
- PayPal, with all their users and billions, hardly has a grip on it.
