Anyone know is there any similar paypal limit if I use only paypal as my web store checkout? nothing to do with ebay.

PP can be much more efficient outside of the 'Bay.

They do however investigate your website if your selling VERO. =)

Since you're selling on your own website, you should might as well select a merchant account that supports Paypal, rather than using paypal directly with your website. Less risks are involved that way at the cost of a slightly higher commission rate.

I have one site that just uses Paypal and one that uses CCNow. Both are super super stealth. I am more comfortable with the CCNow one but to be honest I haven't had any problems with Paypal. Just my feeling from spending too many hours on here

Mine are just trading sites and I don't sell VERO or ⊗⊗⊗⊗. That may make a difference to your decision about who to go with. If you are dealing in ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or VERO I would suggest CCNow - though I have heard that they can be bar stewards when the mood takes them - but I've had no problems
